Just wondering if anyone here if could help with custom blog designing at all? Im a film photographer with absolutely no skills when it comes to this kind of thing and am needing someone who knows their stuff!

I do - but Im a student (and have been ripped off once!) so its fairly tight.

Have you considered spending your budget on a premium theme instead? I'm sure there are many out there that allow you to customise the look and functionality without having to dig into the code yourself.
