CMYK to RAL

I need to convert some CMYK colours into RAL - does anyone know of any handy little tools to help me do this?
 
RAL are spray paint/epoxy coating colours aren't they? I haven't heard of any converter other than comparison to Pantone solid chips and then the conversion to CMYK from there.
