Cheap VPS & Dedicated Web Hosting

Hi all,

I am going to have to stop using a shared server and take the next step up. Can anyone recommend any good VPS and dedicated web hosting services that is fairly cheap?

Vidahost is pretty cheap. I'm currently using them but have found their email servers to be flaky. Also, they boast UK only offices however these UK based sales staff are all but useless when it comes to any level of technical issue.
