Character design required urgently

Hi i am looking to have 4 characters designed 1 female 3 male and a van.

they are to be wearing a uniform (i can provide pics) and also have tools relating to my business in their hands and sticking out of pockets.

i want them to be in different poses but not too different that they have to be completely re drawn. and a transparent background as i will be moving the characters around to form a team pic around the van for my home page.

each character will also have its own page on my site and will also be used in publications.
