Can Somebody Convert Adobe CC Indesign File to CS3?

Hello - so I'm about to start a project and have received a CC file template to follow through, I am 'old school' and struggling to avoid subscription hence still using CS3. I gather a CC file can be saved back to CS4 perhaps as an .inx file but CS4 needed to save back to CS3? If anyone can help it's be hugely appreciated and assumed there'd be a fee required. I think the supplier has given me a down-saved CS4 file...not sure.
 
Only caveat would be that any new features that were present in CS5 and not in CS3 is that they won't translate backwards.
For instance, a new feature like *not that it is - this is just an example* automatic numbering of paragraphs if that's not in CS3 but used in CS5 file it might not be present at all in the CS3.
 
I hear you? iT's a catalogue template and I have a pdf of their spreads so I'm trying to avoid rebuilding a template from their sample? Perhaps I'm avoiding the inevitable :/
