Calendar Design Survey

Im a third year graphic design student at Uni based in Surrey and am currently creating a calendar as part of my Final Major Project at Uni and was wondering if you wouldnt mind filling out my survey regarding calendar designs (only 5 simple questions) or if you could post what you look for mainly when purchasing a calendar. For example the space provided to put in notes or the layout etc.
