Brewery pump clip print?

I've got a regular client who runs a brewery. They've emailed me this afternoon asking about a one of temporary pump clip (the kind you see on real ale hand pumps). My initial reaction is to make up a vinyl sticker the same size as his existing pump clips and stick it on the top but I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas? Maybe foam board or thick card? and what are the likely costs associated with this?

I've just got off the phone with the client and as usual his email yesterday wan't particularly clear so I've misinterpreted it. His "one off" pump clip is actually a short run of pump clips for a one off brew so my next stop will be manufacturers of pump clips.

We've printed some of these before. It's done on thick stock, die cut to shape with a couple of sticky foam pads to attach to pump. hope this helps.
