I would be careful with some of these, we recently had a client get a 5 page penalty for using backlinks from what where good link sources until Google just decided that they were spam. Good rule of thumb when optimising your website is be as ethical and focused on the user as possible, don't just spam the hell out of every site you can get your hands on.

I would avoid this, as many have said it is very black hat territory. You will only hurt your website. Focus on a website built for users.
