Sorry, I'm guessing English isn't your first language.

You said it yourself, there are thousands of YouTube tutorials and books etc out there to help you. Illustrator's blogs are always useful.
Google is your friend.

If you want to improve your drawing ability, there is nothing better than having a pencil in your hand and getting on with it.
