I set up some parameters early in the assignment to give the posters the feeling of continuity. I chose ten colors. I chose the type family of Gotham. I was only going to use flat color — no photography or gradient. I was to approach each poster with a minimalistic eye and edit all unnecessary “Chartjunk”.
