bark.com?

Hi everyone,
I have been receiving a lot of unsolicited emails from a company called 'bark.com' recently asking on behalf of potential clients for various types of graphic deign work (logos, brochures, branding flyers that sort of thing). They say since they contacted me, this first client is introduced for free, but thereafter there is a fee for such introductions (or Barks as they call them).
So far I haven't contacted anybody, they don't hint at any sort of budget as that is something to be arranged between myself and the client. I doubt is they are large budgets though!
Has anyone else had the same emails and more interestingly had anyone contacted a client through Bark and produced paid work for one of the introduced clients?
I'd love to get some feedback. I have read mixed reviews when I Googled the name.
Cheers
Tim

The consensus seems to be that the credits (which I believe you buy to be able to contact clients) are expensive for the return on investment. I personally don't like the idea of locking contact behind a paywall – it's too easy to fake clients and although you're only spending a little for each contact it will likely soon add up. Might be worth a quick punt, but that money is probably better to spent on something like AdWords.

I joined Bark last year and have had varied results. One good job out of probably a dozen altogether, so it's been just about worth it.
You have to pay about a fiver to get to contact the client and see the full brief. I've found they don't usually want to pay much though.
