Banner click tracking?

Hi

Does anyone know of a good banner ad tracking service (preferably free) that can give more details than just the amount of clicks, a bit like Google Analytics.

The reason is I make banner ads and sometimes people ask for ad tracking and currently I cant provide it, it would be great to be able to.
