Any tips on writing a CV for freelance roles in graphic design?

I've been working for myself for 20 years, have never worked for an employer or even done freelance work.

The time has come when I need to break out of my cocoon and look at taking on freelance work within design agencies.

So, has anybody got any tips or resources for writing a CV to achieve this – for someone who have never written one in their lives ?
