Any idea how this website works?

I'm look for some advice regarding how this website works, in particular the way you click drag the page around to navigate.

I know that it's not exactly user-friendly, but I think it's perfect for a project I have in mind.
 
I like the idea behind it but I've gotta say that visually its quite badly executed. It's like they concentrated so hard on the technical aspect, they forgot to think about the visual effect.

p.s. looking at the source code, I'd say JQuery ScrollTo is your best starting point.

Ah, thanks, that looks like what I need.

Yeah, I know what you mean, it's a bit clunky to use and navigate. I've got something in mind for my site design when I rebrand in the near future that should work really well with this functionality. Watch this space.
