Adobe Illustrator Expert

Hello, I'm looking for someone who's decent with Adobe Illustrator. I've got an image I need re-creating. It's a simple circular full colour image. I don't think it's a big job for someone who knows Illustrator. It looks very simple. Can anyone help please?
