A6 Magazine Design

Hi all,

I have just got a new job redesigning an A6 (usually 64 page) magazine and due to it probably having the same amount of copy as say an A4 mag big beautiful full page images may be a problem. Has anyone seen any good small magazines could they let me know where I might see examples.

Silly question, but are you sure its A6, seems very small for a magazine

Yes I'm sure its A6 - very small - but thats what it is

I always like the ones in clubs and bars - about clubs and bars. They're often very readable, high quality and fun.

Be sure to centre the page numbers if that job is being saddle stitched. If the printer doesn't use creep then the numbers on the outer margins will jump all over the place where the paper gets shorter as you get further into the magazine
