I am looking for a price for 20k of A3 full colour folded to A4. Artwoork provided and deliveredplain wrap to client.

Just to confirm, I'm presuming my the quantity required it's litho?

Yep definitely litho, the customer has asked for 130gsm, haven't specified paper type so I am basing prices on unquoted at this time.
