Bit more context to your query, what's the deal with asking a graphic design forum about interior design? Bit strange.

What could we possibly offer that a search on the internet is not giving you?
 
It basically depends on what you want to do... and technically 3D software isn't needed for interior design.
 
I think the best answer is SketchUp, which can be positioned both as pure 3D software and as a tool for interior design
 
You would better specify what you want to get as a result. A 2d blueprint, a fast 3d preview of furniture placement, a render, an interactive 3d room/house, etc. Were are you going to use the result.

Are you going to model custom furniture or use libraries or buy models you need on stocks?
Also, I don't think that Country makes any sense here.
