3D Drawing of before and after

Hi All,

I need a 3D drawing of a marquee and surrounding area (it's quite simple - white marquee in a field) and then an after render which will be the marquee extended with a small garden and picket fence - a more inviting beautiful view.

I am awaiting on more information but I would think we would need 4 renders from different angles.

Please could you quote me on this and maybe send some work samples to me if your interested.
