2d/poss 3d animation required

Hi everyone and a just to say I am new here so be tender with your mercies!

I am creating a website for my own business and wanted to ask if anyone on here is able to provide a quote for a 2d or 3d animation ( I am unsure which mine is).
I can provide:

• A very rough jpg sketch showing the sequence of movement (attached)
• Original AI file for the logo I am trying to animate

There is no text on this component as it is only part of my logo.

I am not getting paid for this so I am price sensitive (aren't we all dear?!)
