this could depend on the amount of CMS is needed, But, sometimes client enjoy using wordpress, which they can edit themselves without the coding, and you could make a potential income from this, have you ever looked into it?

Am looking to take on a contact to out source future work..

When a client is wanting a website in a CMS or shopping script such as os commerce I can do the design fine although I need to out source the actual coding and implenting the design into the script etc.

Could you fullfill this role and if so how much would you be looking for to do this?
