Which would you consider more important for a graphic design student 1) Tilt functionality 2) SD card for memory ?

Which Huion does he have Scotty ? I've been looking at the 1060 plus and the H610 pro. which has the additional tilt function that the 1060 doesn't.

Thanks Wardy. I veered away from the Wacom as the ones in the same price bracket offer a much smaller working area. Which would you say is more important brand or a larger working area ? I also spotted this which appears to offer the tilt function for a similar price range...
