Hi, so this is my fourth website design. I just finished this and spent roughly 3 hours doing the design and will probably work on it more tomorrow as it is very late now. I am looking for some (specific) critique and feedback on what works and what does not work. I don't think it is complete but am unsure of what I should add/redo/remove. Thanks!

It’s not a website design. A website design should work on any device, it should function and include sample of the different type of page.
It’s not even clear from your mock up what the purpose of the site is.
As I said in your other thread, people don’t buy websites like this anymore. They either employ a developer to build it, they download a ready made template/theme or they use a site builder application.

I guess that makes sense. I see a few jobs out there that only require designing UI/UX but most want coding done as well. I do know enough HTML and CSS to code that site but I was looking for more design critique before I coded it as it is the first version. I can make a mobile version too, but again, some feedback on the design/layout would be cool before I spend all that time coding it. I think I understand what you mean now. This particular site is custom made for a company called Gogym and they are a fitness app where you find and communicate with your fitness instructors anywhere and work on goals together (this is not a template that is going to be resold). I do believe some people just buy designs that are custom made for their sites and then hand it off to developers to code; however, like you mentioned maybe it does not occur as much anymore and I should also start coding the sites too. Don't do any coding.
Build a wireframe, add the content, sort out the navigation, calls to action, trustmarks and functionality. You can then test the site and make sure everything works. Once the client is happy with the functionality you can add the CSS. Then do some market testing and adjust the CSS based on the feedback you get. After the site has launched monitor the visitors and make adjustmenbts as necessary. This may mean changin fonts, colours, imagery and so on.
Almost all webdesign is done before the layout is styled.
