Work flow

Morning guys,

I need some help please. I’m relatively new to agency life, and the agency I work with is pretty fresh out the box.

We’ve started using Trello to manage the work flow and briefs, but I get some really vague briefs, and still get email briefs with about 200 replies with pointless information.

My question to you guys is how do you manage your work flow and jobs, also how do you receive briefs from managers etc?
 
We have a brief sheet which they must fill out before starting.

If it's not filled out it goes back.
 
I wouldn't be able to share it - sorry.

But it's quite simplistic and every where I've worked they've been more or less the same.

Something like the below form - this is not ours - but it's more or less the same. However, our form is Acrobat Fillable.
