Hi all, we are currently designing a revised report for properties which documents their conditions when tenants move in and out, as out current one is outdated ad was created solely in Word. These reports are updated by our admin team following a visit from our of our employees with updates. We are currently creating a report but it needs to be editable (text adn pictures boxes) a d will ultimately be PDFd. Ours will of course look alot better and more detailed BUTthis will give you an idea of what info will need to be updated. Im thinking InDesign but im not sure if there is anythig else out there that would allow us to create the report template and allow us to edit it and PDF it, alot easier and quicker.?
At preset we are using a mixture of Word, Illustrator and Photoshop to create the template but its proving very time consuming especially when trying to create the boxes that hold text etc.
