Video Converters for web

Does anyone have any suggestions about finding a good video converter to convert files to WEBM, ogg, mp4 etc etc. I want to add video to my site but need to cover all browsers.

Hi Mike, can I suggest that you introduce yourself in the introductions area before asking for help.. People like to know who they are dealing with :)
