strange going on in illustrator cs3

Hi Ladies and Gents,

I am having a strange problem in Illustrator with one of my tools. When i used to use my selection tool in Illustrator I used to be able to grab tabs etc to enlarge the boxes and stuff. Now Its gone and i dont know how to get it back whats happend does anyone know?
 
Black Selection Tool or White Selection tool?

Off the top of my head and probably wrong, but try View>Show edges, as well.
 
I was going to say view edges but Ken beat me to it :) glad you have Illustrator working properly again Glen :)
