Thought I'd get the ball rolling on this one - is social media marketing automation good or bad for business? Personally I think it's good if you haven't got the time (or in some cases, the skills/resources) to find or create content.

I know a lot of marketing agencies (rather than apps or software) do it for you but I've never used any so I can't vouch for those. If you have, let us know!
Some great tools out there for marketing automation:
- IFTT: software which allows you to automate across different platforms
- SocialOomph: also allows you to follow people back, monitor activity etc.
- Pocket Social: mobile app which makes managing social media really quick and easy
- Buffer: (technically not content automation, but it lets you schedule content posting)
