Responsive image Centring?

So basically, I'm trying to centre some icons inside a circle. If I was doing this as a fixed width layout, it wouldn't be a problem. However, I've decided to go down the fluid layout path and it's driving me insane!
Upon re-sizing the browser, the images don't centre. I tried making it one image, but unfortunately there is an unacceptable loss of image quality when the image is scaled down. Good old Windows...
    Any ideas? :S

Maybe not the most efficient suggestion but this should work, put each circle and icon in their own div and then centre then set the div's like the images originally.

edit: the 'icons' aren't scaling either so that probably doesn't help, try getting the icons to scale...
