I like the cleanness of the word, but I think the icon you have created appears too large and over powering (check 'x' heights).
Have you thought about merging the two together, could you loose the icon completely and make more of the word fuaadh with a clever hidden feature within the word itself? For example could letters join, merge into one another have an icon hidden within letters (as long as it means something and is relevant to your company).
I think you should loose .com it will be too small to reproduce on business cards etc. Your logo will be stronger without it.
