Found this on ebay...quite interested. I was surprised to see one, they are a bit of a unicorn.
I've had the chance to play on one and loved it. I have a cintiq pad currently but I like the idea of portable. Whats your thoughts?

Why waste your time on it? it's starting price is already touching on iPad2 territory and to be honest it's fugly.

As for the ebay listing, its lying! If you modify a macbook you void the warranty so theres absolutely no chance any Apple store would reinstall the OS on it.

Yep, what Bigdave said. Very hard to find or not, it looks like a pile of cr*p to me.*

*I have no idea what a modbook is.

Its an aftermarket modification of a macbook. The company involved charge almost as much again for the mod as the machine itself and all they do is pull the lid/screen off and stick a touch screen where the keyboard should be. So basically its a crude iPad with usb ports, no warranty and over heating issues.

Sounds like a pile of cr*p as well then. Why not just get a nice shiney new MacBook?
