Hi! I'm new here and am excited to finally find a place where I can receive some constructive criticism.
I've been working on a new logo and brand identity for my church and this is what I've come up with so far.

I like the idea of the weave in the centre of the cross. It's a bit celtic.
I'd maybe try and make it more uniform where it crosses.

It'd be nice to try putting the strokes in different colours/tones which could weave under and over each other.

I like the idea but I'm not sure how well a celtic vibe would go down in your area or if the church would be ok with the heritage of the celtic knot although it was added into religious artwork early on.

I also agree about colours, green isn't working for me, seems a bit dowdy and could do with a bit more 'punch' or you could try the different colours as scotty said :)

There's a cross over and links between Celtic (Pagan) and Christianity.
The Triquetra for instance can mean a few things but commonly the holy trinity.

I know this because I've had to research it recently.

Yeah I know there's a crossover as basically the christians at the time had to integrate many pagan ceremonies and artwork to appease the existing religious beliefs of this country, hence why we have events on a day that are nowhere near the actual 'date' of the event etc.
