So I'm just about to make an album & I'd like to use an image from an old (1975) postcard as part of the cover.
What are the rules on licensing a 'found' image like that?
To license a cover for the CD I would just apply for an AP2 license at a standard rate through MCPS who would then see that all publishers & composers got their cut. Is there a central licensing agency for images in the same way?
