Hello all, i am fairly new to the Hp Latex printers although I have a long background with Mimaki roll feeders and flatbeds. I have an issue with our HP365 saying the maintenance cartridge IS NOT NEW would i like to replace it. The maintenance cartridge is new and has 12 months before it expires. I was wondering if this could be a sensor reading error or am I missing something simple. I also have a message stating print head alignment has not been done. this occurs no matter how many times I try the print head alignment. Again this may be a missight on my part or could the two items be linked?.
Any thoughts or pointers would be appreciated as i am on a learning curve with these machines.
