I'm trying to get my head around grids and grid creation and things in Indesign and it's all going fine, but, for whatever reason, the headline on my test piece here, won't align to the top of the text box? It's starting with what appears to be an indent.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

Actually, I think it might be the font, Helvetica Neue? The rest all seem to work fine...

Go into the text box and check if the "align to baseline grid" option is selected along the tool bar at the top.

It is. I'm guessing it shouldn't be?

Up to you. If you unselect it the type should align to the top of the text box instead. I use it for body copy because it's easier than positioning the text myself.
