how much to charge - wordpress installation

I've just been asked to install wordpress on a cpanel wordpress for someone... thats it...

Unless I'mm missing something with CPanel - as far as Im aware I just have to install as normal but create the database myself, this is incredibly easy/quick right?

Any idea what to charge?!

If your hourly rate is x, and it takes you 0.5 hours, charge them x. <-- Most likely this one.
If your hourly rate is x, and it takes you 1 hour, charge them x.
If your hourly rate is x, and it takes you 1.5 hours, charge them 2x.

and so on

very quick with cPanel, 10 minute job but charge for the 30 min's as Harry is pointing out.
