Helping with pricing on a Flash piece of work

Hi folks - a designer friend is looking to commission a Christmas card using flash and is working with another freelance and is concerned about pricing and how long it would take to produce. Anyone out there with ideas, ball-park figures for the market price of something similar to the below?
