Graphic Scores

Hey guys, does anyone know of any references to some really unique graphic scores? google isnt doing it for me, and i only have a few from books

I would like to know if anyone had any references to any blog sites, websites, artists or designers who design really cool music scores/graphic scores, I've looked at artists like john cage but it isnt really enough
