    Dear anyone who can help...

I need to produce some banners at about 10'h x 6'w and there is to be a red to rich black gradient on it. On screen in photoshop, this goes a little grey and desaturated in the gradient transition. Will this reproduce in print? Worried it will look dull and lifeless! Worse still, grey!

Anyone experienced this or got any tips?

    Any help gratefully received!

There are unfortunately a lot of colours that do and don't fade naturally from one colour to another.
Black to red is one of the more unpleasant ones. You might find that putting a mid grey (50%) and a 50% tint of the red into the gradient bar may help rather than blending 100% to 100%.
