Font Copyright Issues

At work we have a corporate font that we use and sometimes items are outsourced to external agencies, I've been approached by an agency we are using at the moment for online content but they have asked for our corporate font to reproduce on brand.

Problem is we have the correct copyright/licensing agreements to use our corporate font but supplying it a design agency or similar (apparently) isn't technically allowed under the licensing agreement.

I'm not sure what to do here. I can't supply them with our font as it seems to me this would breach of a licensing agreement(s) accordingly to the T&S then again font/exchanging them, etc is this actually policed! :icon_scared:

Seems like a grey-area, I think the agency needs to purchase a licence to use the type of font….
