Charging a client question

If a client wants you to jigaround and play with an existing unfinished layout, what percentage of your usual rates would you charge?
I don't want to over charge the client or under charge myself.

I've always done websites from scratch so im unsure whether to half my usual price or what....? I know it depends on how much work has to be done, but just an estimate.

You charge the changes at an hourly rate. If the change takes 5 minutes to do, you still charge a minimum of one hour. Charging at hourly rates for changes prevents the changes from becoming a nuisance and ensures you're still paid for your time to do them.
