Animated Line Help

Hey,

I'm creating animated banners for a client, I just need to create a simple line animation that use different colour segments. I can animate a solid colour but i'm not sure how best to have different colour.

Looking at that example, each colour is a different stroke overlaid that follows an identical path. They have staggered offsets so they begin and end their animation loop in different positions which give the appearance of coloured sections. If you can animate one in a single colour, try animating two to begin with. Give one of them a different offset so it begins after the first one and once it's working just add more.

What are you animating in?

In After Effect it would be a simple job of creating the line and animating the start and end points then duplicating this and changing colour and as Paul says, offsetting the animation on the timeline.
It's essentially the same line but different colour and timing.
