    Hi Folks

I have been asked to create a Modern medieval shield for a client.
This is the first version, as they have stated the colours they would like.
Also the Text will have the Company name.

    Any Feedback would be appreciated

Presuming this isn't a joke, just Google 'modern shield design/logo'.

How's it a Joke, when I explained this is a Rough style?
I'm not tied to Google as often I try and create what is Not the Norm, and also what the customer asks for.

All I meant was, check what is out there regarding the design and rendering of a shield logo done in a modern style.

It's very difficult for us to comment when we don't know the context, brief or company name etc.

    Ok Wardy thanks

Basically its a company who are into All aspects related to Medieval from actually meetups and also Gameplay.

The spec: was to create an eye catching Shield in 2D and 3D.
    1. The basic colours wee to be Steel Grey and Orange.
    2. The shape and style will be transferable

What do you like about it?
What don't you like about it?

I'm big and ugly enough to take criticism.
So all you Knights and Damsels please comment.

For starters, it doesn't really look like a logo, if that's what you're trying to do. There's too
many gradients, try to simplify it a bit. I presume it's a strange shape for a reason, but you'll struggle
to get a name to fit in there, it's not very shield-like.
