i kind like the third logo.., but the font is too big compared to the dot image...., but that just my opinion...

Why dont convert to .avi? first the files is big..., but you can convert use some video conventer program, the quality new .avi video is 90%.., and the files size is 1-5% from original flash .avi video...

I recommend Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw if you need to make a vector logo.., For a web based logo, you can use Adobe Photoshop...
