Have you tried using a sans serif font? Would remove the '1-ness' when the dot is removed and you'd be able to retain the lowercase i.

Hi All, a client has asked me to look into designing a website using Apple iWeb. Anyone used this? I've had a look on the website and it looks rather restrictive, templates etc. Just wondered if anyone knew of any galleies of sites built using this and the level of flexibility? Ta!

Try getting rid of the two blue blocks on the bottom right, they confuse the p and the b.

Ebay. Seen loads of 'out of date' books going for 20 quid ish, they may not be exactly spot (they're supposed to be replaced annually) on but will give you a pretty resonable idea of colour.

Hi Guys, Im going to be working on some self initiated stuff in the next coupl of weeks to boost my portfolio, and I want to look into some 'fancy stuff' like colour blocking, embossing/debossing, sheet poster printing + folding etc. Obviously I'd only be wanting a couple to photograph etc...

I can design in those to a certain level, but I dont know where to start!! Do I lay stuff out like a webpage?! Im confused!!

Ive been asked to design a CMS skin for symphony, but I have no idea where to start!!! Any hints/ tips? Basics? Is it like designing in html/css????

Is that the way its done? My main concern is getting my pages sorted on different versions of each browser? So I guess I was kinda hoping for some kind of one stop shop!
