Can anyone help me recreating/duplicating this logo ? I can I can draw the whole logo using illustrator. But when it comes adding details to the design, I cant help it. The logo is in 3d structure. But my logo looks flat after I draw and add colours to it. So I dont know how to add such effects...

How can I design this text in Illustrator? I can design the Q but cant design the spots inside it ? I dont know the term of it so I am calling it spot. How can I design the spots ? Should I use pen tool to draw the spots ? Or any other tool can be used to design these spots ? Is there a brush...
