Looking at some of the work in your portfolio, i just feel the overall feel of you portfolio page doesn't suit your style. When first looking i'm immediatly expecting a illustrator or grunge artist?
I really think your work, which show's promise should be displayed on a more 'web 2.0' focused...
After a little bit of feedback. Just under the process of rebranding my freelance design site etc and I've come up with this Logo and developed it into my new business card.

Inspiration, i collect everything i see that's interesting from magazines to posters, flyers to business cards... and ermmm really just have a dig through the box of tricks under my desk...when i need some inspiration lol
Printed? Im workin freelance atm, so i usually just choose a printer when...

Obviously having a graphic design degree, many people think is an advantage to gaining a posistion in an agency / design studio. If your creative enough, you portfolio is the key to gaining employment anywhere... so concentrate on that
As for learning the print side. It's not rocket...
