What's the best / most exciting / interesting design project you ever had?

Mine: It was my nephew's kindergarten project, where I helped him to design posters to encourage pre-school kids to put the rubbish in the right recycling bins. Actually, it was tough one to crack. But we did good. :) We created around ten hand-drawn crayon poster.
