I'm currently working for a company where we use social media to promote a lot of things. I've done some infographics and other things to post and they ALWAYS turn out blurry or fuzzy when posted to Facebook.
I realize that Facebook compresses any images down. I've tried saving them as png and gifs. I've tried opening my AI file in PS and using the save for web function to export them as jpgs there and no luck. So I've been saving them with save for web as jpgs at 72 dpi and 70 % quality and twice the size of what they are posted on Facebook. So a 476 px x 476 px square I save as 952x952 px at 72 dpi. It's been my best bet so far.
It's killing me because I see graphics posted on Pinterest and Facebook that are as crisp as mine appear in Illustrator, so I know there has to be a solution. I've scoured the web looking for answers and I feel that I've tried everything and I'm at a loss.
Please help!
