Union???...

Does anyone know if there is a nationally recognised Union for the creative/design industry? We as a department are having some 'issues' within the company and could do with some form of leverage. Any links, etc would be very well received.

I haven't heard of anything and I've looked into a bit myself.
Maybe laying down a contract first, always gives you leverage.
You can get any solicitor to draw them up for quite cheap, but unfortunately I think every designer usually learns the hard way, by doing the work and not getting paid, which is the worst!
